Davao’s homegrown restaurants took center stage as foodpanda hosted the CRAVE Partner Summit & Awards 2025 at Acacia Hotel Davao on September 10, celebrating the resilience and excellence of local business partners.

CRAVE (Celebrating Relationships & Advancing Valuable Experience), brought together more than 150 entrepreneurs, brand partners, and community builders for an evening of recognition and collaboration. The event highlighted Davao’s vibrant culture with live music, cultural performances, and the much-anticipated awards ceremony.

“The spotlight truly belongs to our partners whose passion and performance have contributed greatly to foodpanda’s success in Mindanao,” said Daniel Jaramillo, Managing Director of foodpanda Philippines.

Among the evening’s biggest winners were several Davao-based favorites that have long captured the palates of locals.

• Tuna Republik, Infinitea, New Davao Famous, Haveli King, and Mon’s Grill each received Pau-Pau’s Top of Table award for excelling in sales performance and market leadership.
• Family Fried Chicken, Pater Al-Kuwait, Chikoy’s Lugawan, Bagong Lipunan, and Mandarin Tea Garden were honored with the Momentum Master award for strong year-over-year business growth.
• Mamastill Atbp, Merry Mango, JM Shawarma, Haveli King, and Bar ko sa Lagao earned recognition as Ad-Stars for campaign-driven growth.
• Aling Paz Food Haus, Eat! Chiro, Butcher’s Best Barbeque, Mang Paeng’s Inasal, and KAON Resto Grill were awarded for Operational Excellence, setting benchmarks in reliability and service.
• The People’s Palate Award, voted by customers through repeat orders and ratings, went to Merry Mango, Barbeque Boss, Boy Zugba, Pansititoy, and Villa Tuna Restaurant—all Davao dining staples that continue to win hearts (and stomachs).

Adding to the night’s excitement, lucky attendees also won raffle prizes, including a 3-day, 2-night Boracay trip and SM shopping gift certificates.

After its Davao leg, the CRAVE Partner Summit & Awards will head to Cebu on September 22 and Manila on October 7, continuing the recognition of outstanding local businesses nationwide.
